  • The tracking number is different from the order number.
  • If you just received the shipping notification, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be fully updated.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order even though it's marked as delivered.

Please try the following steps:

  • Double-check your delivery address to ensure it's correct.
  • Look around your delivery area (mailbox, front door, back door, neighbors, reception, etc.)
  • Ask household members or neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.
  • Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a bit early.

If you've done all of the above and still can't locate your package, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you further.

 

To get your order ready, we typically need 1-2 business days for processing. Below is an estimated delivery time, but please note that factors like holidays or weather can sometimes cause delays.
